Award Ceremony of the IEEE EMC Society Japan Joint / Sendai Chapters Student Award was planned to be held in conjunction with the EMCJ Young Engineer Award, IEICE-CS EMCJ during the General Conference of IEICE at the Hiroshima University. However, the Conference has been cancelled due to the infection spread of COVID-19, unfortunately. The Award Cirtificate was sent to the winner by a postal mail.

This Best Paper Award for Young Engineers has been established aiming the encouragement of young engineers and activation of the Society. He is the third Award winner.
